Put down the cheese please!

Did you know about 75% of the worlds population is genetically unable to properly digest milk and other dairy products?

Why dairy is bad for you: Here's just some of the facts....
* Dairy is not good for your bones (there is no evidence) and does not prevent osteoporosis. Countries with low rates of dairy consumption, like Asia, have the lowest rates of osteoporosis.
* Dairy aggravates IBS, allergies, eczema, sinus issues and more.
* Too much consumption comes out through your skin causing white heads and breakouts.
* Dairy is full of saturated fat and is linked to prostate cancer and heart disease

Cows milk is made for cows only..... makes sense right?

What you should do....
* Try cutting out dairy for 2 weeks and see how you feel. You'll have a clearer complexion, less bloating, constipation and gas, you will even lose weight and have more energy.
* Try consuming other foods full of calcium like leafy green vegetables, fruits, beans, seaweed, nuts and whole grains.
* Try fermented products like greek yogurt, kefir and kombucha tea for those good bacterias and probiotics.
* Sub unsweetened almond milk and Daiya cheese (found in Whole Foods)
